Ali graduated from Iran Medical Sciences University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. He went on to complete a Master’s degree in Sports Injuries and Corrective Exercises at the University of Tehran in 2009, focusing on exercise therapy and posture. In 2018, Ali earned his Doctorate of Physiotherapy from the University of Michigan.

Ali is also an Impact Trained Physiotherapist, providing specialized care for clients recovering from concussions. As a Certified Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Release (M2T-Blade) Practitioner, he has a special interest in advanced soft tissue techniques, helping to identify and release adhesions and muscle spasms effectively.
In addition to his clinical work, Ali has delivered numerous workshops on posture, back care, and jaw pain, and is the author of four books on exercise therapy, published in Persian.
Outside the clinic, Ali enjoys music, soccer, photography, and spending time in nature.
