His professional experience includes management at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, where he gained an understanding of the intricate connection between mental and physical health.
Allan is committed to working alongside his clients to develop holistic treatment plans that help them achieve their personal goals. His approach focuses on education, manual therapy, and exercise prescription to support clients in living pain-free, returning to activities they love, and enhancing their physical performance.
