Allison completed her Bachelor of Science at Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2016 and her Master of Physiotherapy at Glasgow Caledonian University in 2019. She has experience working in diverse rehabilitation settings within the NHS in the UK and across Canada.
She has completed additional training in pelvic floor physiotherapy, TMJ dysfunction, sports injuries, and dry needling, with experience treating pelvic health concerns including incontinence, pelvic pain, pregnancy and post-partum care, prolapse, and menopause-related changes.
Allison previously worked as a coach and Director of Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation at Cygnus Gymnastics and has led functional fitness programs for seniors focused on strength, mobility, and fall prevention.
She provides evidence-based, patient-centred care and believes in taking the time to understand each patient’s goals, lifestyle, and unique challenges. Allison performs thorough assessments and provides one-on-one treatment to address the root cause of injury, empowering patients with the education, hands-on care, and exercise strategies needed to return confidently to the activities they love.
