Allyson is a graduate of the University of Guelph Humber with a Bachelors in Kinesiology and a diploma in Health and Fitness Promotion. With her knowledge, she has worked over 4+ years as a kickboxing and group fitness training instructor. Her passion for helping others focus on their health and wellness motivated her to pursue Massage Therapy at Sutherland Chan. Her goal in treatment is to provide safe and effective individualized care, focusing on relaxation as well as treatment for various musculoskeletal conditions. Outside of work, she enjoys team sports like volleyball and soccer and has a passion for travelling.
