Then maybe it’s time to try something different with a therapist who takes a different approach as an RMT: a Remedial Manual Therapist Alnee makes it a priority to help support their patients in restoring strength, flexibility, balance, and function in areas of pain and dysfunction. To achieve their patients’ goals they combine a few key techniques with a focus on (but not limited to): neurofascial release and fascial manipulation, joint mobilizations, and the application of remedial exercise as a part of both treatment and post-treatment home care. Although using techniques known and used by practitioners alike, their approach is uncommon in application yet has the reputation of being as effective as it is unique. As a third-year student of Osteopathic manual practice, they seek to nurture their practice through continuing education and strive to integrate new knowledge and modalities into their treatment. With a passion for anatomy and massage therapy, Alnee is excited to work together with you to help get you started on your journey back to optimal health.
