Amanda pursued her dream of becoming a Registered Massage Therapist with hopes of helping people through therapeutic touch. Her passion for health and wellness comes from experiencing the positive benefits that massage therapy has to offer.
She graduated from Camosun College in 2022. Since then, she has worked at a luxury spa in the downtown inner harbour and has had an opportunity to work with diverse patients from all walks of life and from all parts of the world. She strives to make her clients feel heard and cared for in a safe, comfortable, body-positive space while working with her clients' goals.
She focuses her treatments on relaxing the nervous system in hopes of helping you unwind from the busy outside world. Her treatments include guided breathing, general Swedish massage, passive stretching, traction, trigger point, and myofascial release. At the end of each treatment, she offers individualized self-care for each patient to help maintain their day-to-day lives in between each treatment.
Amanda was born and raised here on beautiful Vancouver Island and enjoys yoga, hiking, fishing, and baking. She is looking forward to meeting you!
