As a psychotherapist who combines clinical training with lived experience, I bring deep empathy to our work together. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing is possible at any stage of life. I support individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed, are stuck in unhelpful patterns, carrying the weight of past experiences, and caught in cycles of worry, rumination, or self-doubt. Together, we move at your pace, creating space for healing, clarity, and a more grounded way forward.
My work is rooted in mindfulness, acceptance, and values-based living. I take a gentle mind-body approach that supports change at every level. Together, we loosen unhelpful thought patterns, build capacity to understand and process emotions, and work with the nervous system—so you can move toward a life that feels more aligned and intentional.
I hold two master’s-level degrees, along with certifications in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Emotion Freedom Technique, Polyvagal Theory, Schema Therapy, and several attachment- and trauma-informed modalities. I’m also trained in SMART Recovery and Motivational-Interviewing which is aimed at supporting clients in achieving substance use–related goals, using a gentle and empowering approach.
Above all, I believe that a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. Feel free to reach out for a free consultation—I look forward to connecting with you.
