Dans ses motsBecoming a physiotherapist has profoundly changed my life and it is my passion in life to help others live to the best of their ability. In my practice, I explore the mind/body connection to empower clients on their rehabilitation journey. I am continually learning and keeping up to date with the latest research having taken numerous courses since graduating in 2013. I love what I do. I'm always looking to incorporate physical activity into my daily routine whether that be cycling to work, going for a jog, or doing yoga while waiting for a flight at the airport. Stricken with wanderlust, I have learned yoga in India, tai chi in China and gotten my surfing legs under me in Fiji.
