Amelia is a compassionate therapist who supports individuals navigating grief and loss, self-discovery and identity exploration, depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and stress. She works with clients who are seeking deeper understanding of themselves while moving through difficult emotional experiences and periods of change.
Her approach is primarily Person-Centered and Psychodynamic, creating a supportive space where clients can safely explore their inner world, personal history, and evolving sense of identity. Amelia’s work is also informed by Existential, Attachment, and Polyvagal theories, and integrates elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), somatic approaches, and Intensive Trauma and Attachment Therapy Model (ITATM) for deeper processing.
Amelia aims to foster a warm, reflective, and collaborative environment where clients can reconnect with themselves, process complex emotions, and develop greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. Amelia is currently welcoming new clients for virtual sessions across Ontario and Canada
