I'm an RCT-C who approaches counselling therapy with a humanistic and transpersonal view that is grounded in polyvagal theory and somatic interventions that allow us to reconnect to our bodies and spirit in a way that enhances the therapeutic experience. I'm trained in psychedelic-assisted therapy and am on the Board of Directors for the Nova Scotia Psychedelic Society.
