Amy was born and raised in the Okanagan, where she earned a degree in Human Kinetics and
Psychology from the University of British Columbia Okanagan. She later moved to Vancouver to
complete her Master of Physical Therapy at UBC, graduating in 2020.
With several years of experience working in hospitals, Amy has treated patients across orthopedic,
surgical, cardiac, respiratory, and neurological rehabilitation units. She currently treats chronic pain
conditions working within the Complex Pain Clinic at St. Paul’s Hospital.
Amy integrates various modalities into treatment sessions including individualized exercise
programs, manual therapy, and IMS. She has also pursued continuing education in chronic pain
and mindfulness techniques. Through holistic and evidence-informed techniques, Amy empowers
clients to achieve their goals and return to activities they love.
Outside of work, you can find Amy running along the seawall, throwing rocks at the curling club,
backpacking, trying not to 3-putt on the golf course, or enjoying a cold plunge.
