Therapy with me is grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own experience, and that healing unfolds in the presence of attuned connection. Together, we create space to slow down, quiet the outside noise, and listen more deeply to yourself. Our connection can offer a space to soften old patterns, nurture self-trust, and rediscover what brings you meaning and connects you with the aliveness that is within you. My hope is that our work helps you feel more at home in yourself, more open in your relationships, and more free to live in alignment with who you truly are.
I work from an anti-oppressive, relational, existential, and body-based lens, recognizing that our challenges often reflect the conditions we’ve had to adapt to, not flaws within us. My approach is shaped by attachment theory and informed primarily by AEDP, while also drawing from IFS, Hakomi, and ACT.
I deeply respect and resonate with the Indigenous worldview, letting it lead my work in honoring wholeness, interconnection, and living in flow with the natural rhythms of life. At the heart of my work with clients is a trust in our innate capacity to heal and to return to a deeper sense of belonging within ourselves and the world.
