Dans ses motsAmy is a graduate of Vicars School of Massage Therapy’s 2200-hour diploma program where she spent her time practicing her techniques and gaining knowledge about human anatomy and physiology.
Her experience working with clients ranging from 13-year-old competitive dancers, to people in wheelchairs, allowed her to understand the applicable importance of skin-to-skin contact, the necessity of dedicating time to focus on your body, and the long-term wellness benefits of regular massage therapy.
She uses therapeutic and Swedish massage therapy techniques to provide relaxation and pain relief. Amy knows that every body is unique and therefore caters her treatments to the goals of the patient on her table. Her personal goals are always to decrease pain, increase relaxation, and to provide home-care strategies to ensure long-lasting change.
When she is not massaging, Amy likes to practice yoga, swim, attend and perform theatre, and surround herself with nature.
