Dans ses motsHi and welcome! I am a certified Hatha and Yin yoga teacher, as well as Pilates Mat and Reformer instructor. I teach locally in Kawartha Lakes, Ontario as well as online classes in both yoga and Pilates.
I am the proud mother of two beautiful boys. I credit my Yoga, Pilates and Breathwork practice with helping me through two healthy pregnancies, two natural labours and deliveries, and my postnatal and breastfeeding journey over the last few years (with my two boys being born just 15 months apart). I hope to help you do the same, whatever your pre- and postnatal journey looks like.
