Dans ses motsAna is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the massage therapy program at Conestoga College in Kitchener. She decided to go into massage therapy because of her strong interest in working with people wherever they are in their healing journey.
She values providing a calm, welcoming space while focusing on individualized therapeutic goals during each session. She can help with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions along with providing general wellness and relaxation treatments. She has a particular interest in treating low back discomfort, restoring mobility, and relieving pain.
For the future, Ana plans to complete continuing education to further her skills and training in the treatment of TMJ pain and discomfort, including associated headaches and migraines.
In her spare time, she enjoys drawing, painting, practicing yoga, and spending time with family.
