Anastasia graduated from ICT Kikkawa College in 1997 and has been a member of good standing with the CMTO ever since. She has been applying her skills for the last 21 years and as a massage therapist, and offers relaxation-based treatments, Deep tissue treatments, Active-release technique, Hot Stone Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Sport massage, and Prenatal & Postnatal massage. She loves to blend a variety of techniques to bring relief from discomfort and to foster relaxation and healing.
Anastasia also completed her 3 levels of Reiki certification during her Massage Therapy training and became a Reiki Master and Therapist. Over the years, her enchantment with vibrational healing has brought her to many gifted mentors and teachers including the world-renowned Dr. Sharon Forrest where she studied cutting edge techniques and gained expertise in the fields of Energy Medicine & Psychology, Quantum Neuroscience, Epigenetics and Body/Mind Medicine.
Anastasia is passionate about living her own life with a healthy balanced work/play lifestyle, and brings inspiration to her clients to create their own unique wellness journey to achieving their perfect life balance and maintain their healthiness.
Anastasia believes that energetic imbalances within the body cause it to vibrate at a lower frequency and brings this approach to all her Massage Therapy and Energy based treatments by focusing on raising her clients’ energetic signature in ways that her intuition guides her.

Cupping Massage
« The underlying tissue is drawn up into the cup forming an area of blood stasis. This appears to bruise the area, or turn it a bright or dark red depending on the degree of stagnation and the amount of toxins in the blood. Cupping is able to draw blood from as much as four inches below the skin’s surface to recirculate fresh blood and bring old blood to the surface to be cleaned by the lymphatic system. Cupping will help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation, well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
