Andrea brings over 20 years of experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Her practice is grounded in the belief that our struggles often originate from adaptive strategies developed to cope with past experiences. Andrea offers a collaborative and compassionate space where clients can reflect, heal, and move forward with clarity and self-compassion.
She integrates narrative and strengths-based approaches, drawing primarily from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and solution-focused therapy. Andrea’s work is guided by a commitment to helping clients create meaningful change and reconnect with what matters most.
She has a particular interest in supporting individuals through grief and loss, burnout, caregiver fatigue, and health-related transitions. Andrea is also committed to neurodiversity-affirming care, with extensive experience working with individuals with ADHD—supporting challenges related to executive function, emotional regulation, and self-esteem, while also exploring strengths and identity.
Andrea’s approach is client-centered, honoring each person’s unique lived experience and fostering a respectful, supportive environment for growth and healing.
