About Andrea
Hey there — I’m Andrea, a possibility-thinker. With over 11 years of experience in rehabilitation and movement-based health care, I help people living with persistent (chronic) pain feel more confident in their bodies and more connected to their lives.
My approach combines neuroscience, compassion, and clear communication. I work with you to understand what’s happening in your brain and body, so you can become the expert in your own recovery.

###My Specialty & Approach
Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS): Developmental movement training that helps your brain find natural, instinctive movement patterns for better strength and ease.
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT for Chronic Pain): Tools that help you move toward what really matters to you, even with difficult thoughts or emotions.
Trauma-Informed Care: A safe, consent-led approach focused on building trust, especially for those with past trauma or medical distress.
Precision Nutrition (Level 1): We look at the whole picture which includes nutrition, sleep, stress, environment, and mindset to create habits that build real, lasting change.
###Holistic Health Philosophy
I recognize the wholistic and integrative character of health, meaning your physical comfort is deeply connected to your emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
What I love most is seeing people transform their mindset, identity, and confidence as they integrate new ways of seeing what’s possible for themselves.
###Commitment to Safe Care
My approach is grounded in self-compassion, curiosity, and listening.
My practice is guided by cultural humility, which is a life-long commitment to examining my own beliefs and privilege.
I strive to provide a culturally safe environment that you define as respectful, safe, and allows for meaningful communication. I am actively anti-racist in my commitment to eliminating unfair practices.
###Programs
I also offer a Pain Education series called Reframe Chronic Pain , an online education series to help you understand pain and build tools to manage it.
