Andrew Daly, PT
À propos de Andrew
Dans ses motsAndrew began working at LiveWell (previously known as Absolute Rehab Centre) in 2017 working as a physiotherapist assistant. Andrew now comes full circle as he returns as a licensed physiotherapist. He completed his Bachelor of International Business with a minor in German at Carleton University. He worked in the business field for a couple of years, though he remained passionate about health, fitness, and sport throughout, and even completed his Personal Training certification. He returned to York University to complete a Bachelor of Science, Honours in Kinesiology which was followed by completion of his Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. Throughout Andrew’s academic career, he has volunteered as a research assistant in a spine biomechanics lab at York University and has worked in the fitness centre of a private racquet and sports club in Mississauga.
Throughout his education, Andrew gained significant experience in orthopedics, along with other placements in neuro, cardiac post-operative, and ICU physiotherapy. Ultimately, his passion for orthopedics sparked him to pursue a career in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. In addition, his personal enjoyment of golf, hockey, and martial arts also inspires him to pursue further education specific to sport rehabilitation. Andrew aims to provide exceptional patient-centered care with comprehensive assessments and a balance of targeted manual therapy, tailored exercises, and patient education in order to provide patients with the tools they need to achieve their goals. In Andrew’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf, and travelling, with his favourite destinations being Edinburgh, Konstanz, and Budapest.
Andrew grew up just outside of Kitchener-Waterloo and is ecstatic to be back working within our community to deliver outstanding patient-centered care.
