Dans ses motsAndrew graduated from Queen’s University with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to that, he completed his Bachelor of Kinesiology at York University.
Throughout his clinical training as a physiotherapist, he has had the opportunity to work with and treat athletes in various sports and levels, including hockey, lacrosse and rugby athletes in the NCAA and OHL.
Andrew is a big advocate of self-improvement and life long learning. He has taken courses in Advanced Manual Therapy from the National Orthopaedic Division, dry needling and completed courses in soft tissue techniques.
Andrew’s approach to treatment involves treating patients as a whole. As a physiotherapist, he helps patients take an active role in their own rehab. Andrew wants to ensure you not only recover from injury and return to what you love most but that you also develop the knowledge, skills and abilities to function more efficiently and optimally in your everyday life. Through a combination of education, manual therapy, dry needling and individualized exercise programs he will work with you to achieve your goals. In his free time he enjoys hiking, playing hockey and going to the gym.
