Meet Anissa
Anissa’s work is rooted in a holistic understanding of wellness—honouring the connection between the physical body, emotional health, and energetic balance. She began her journey in 2015 as a Certified Reiki Master, where she developed a deep appreciation for the role of energy in relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well‑being.
Her desire to support clients more comprehensively led her to pursue Massage Therapy and Hydrotherapy training at the Canadian College of Health, Science and Technology in 2017. There, she built a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and evidence‑based therapeutic techniques.
Committed to ongoing growth, Anissa has completed additional training in a wide range of complementary modalities, including 200‑Hour Yoga Teacher Training, Functional Cupping, Hot Stone Therapy, Personal Training, Gua Sha, Ashiatsu Massage, Thai Stem Facial Therapy, and other continuing education courses. She also expanded her understanding of the mind–body connection through the Addictions and Mental Health program at the Canadian College of Health, Science and Technology.
Today, Anissa offers an integrative approach to care that supports the mind, body, and spirit.
