Having navigated her own physical health challenges, Anita understands the value of sustainable self-care practices and empowering clients with practical tools to support their wellness between appointments.
Anita has also devoted many years to supporting women's health. As a trained Birth and Postpartum Doula, she has worked closely with women through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and early parenting, bringing compassion, knowledge, and attentive care to every client.
