Anne trained as a Massage Therapist at the Medix School of Kitchener and has been a registered member with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since graduating in 2008. With over 18 years of clinical experience, she specializes in helping individuals navigate rehabilitation after injury or surgery, allowing them to rebound faster and with significantly less pain.
Her versatile treatments range from highly specific, targeted work on chronic problem areas to full-body muscle relaxation and stress reduction. Dedicated to elevating her practice, Anne frequently implements new variations learned through continuing education courses, and she holds specialized certifications in Level 1 Thai Massage as well as Hot Stone Massage Therapy.
Anne truly enjoys working with clients of all ages, partnering with them to promote lasting recovery and healthier lives. When she is not treating clients in the clinic, she can be found staying active outdoors—hiking, kayaking, and walking her dogs.
