I value a holistic, depth-oriented approach that honours the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit. We look beyond the surface of your concerns to understand the roots of what may be shaping your experience. When these deeper layers of ourselves are brought into awareness and integrated, meaningful and lasting shifts can begin to emerge.
Our past experiences can unconsciously shape how we move through the world in the present, influencing our emotions, nervous system responses, and the ways we relate to ourselves and others. Anxiety, trauma, attachment wounds, and emotional pain may also live within the body, showing up through tension, discomfort, or persistent physical sensations while reinforcing familiar survival-based patterns within ourselves and our relationships.
I take an integrative approach to therapy that incorporates Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Somatic Therapy to explore how past experiences, trauma, and attachment wounds may continue to shape emotional and nervous system responses in the present. By bringing awareness to bodily sensations, emotional experiences, nervous system activation, and the ways we relate to ourselves and others, we can begin to notice familiar patterns and better understand how they continue to influence our lives today. This can support nervous system regulation, deepen connection with yourself and others, and create space to expand beyond survival-based patterns.
My experience working in advertising for over a decade has given me personal insight into how misalignment, stress, hopelessness, and burnout can impact our well-being. Through my own therapeutic journey, I have come to understand how past experiences and trauma can disconnect us from ourselves, and how engaging in deeper inner work can support a return to greater clarity, intention, and self-connection.
