Annika graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 2022 with a degree in Kinesiology before moving to Edmonton to complete her Masters in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta. Since then, Annika has continued her education to widen her practice to include torticollis, plagiocephaly, vestibular and TMJ treatment.
Growing up Annika was involved with the basketball community both as a player and as a coach. More recently she worked as a student trainer with the University of Saskatchewan Men’s Volleyball team. Annika is eager to help patients reach their goals and return to the activities that matter most to them.
Outside of the clinic Annika enjoys cooking, hot yoga, reading and spending time with friends and family.

Concussion Spotlight Session
« This follow-up treatment is focused on progressing your concussion recovery. Your physiotherapist will reassess your symptoms, monitor your progress, and provide individualized treatment, which may include manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, visual rehabilitation, balance training, exercise progression, and education to support a safe return to work, school, sport, and daily activities.

TMJ Spotlight Session
« This session focuses on the assessment and treatment of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, including jaw pain, clicking, tightness, headaches, and related neck tension.
Your physiotherapist will provide individualized treatment which may include manual therapy to the jaw, face, and neck, soft tissue release, joint mobilization, exercise prescription for jaw stability and control, posture correction, and education on habits that may contribute to symptoms such as clenching or grinding. »Torticollis / Plagiocephaly Paediatric - Spotlight Session
