Hello, I'm Antonina, a passionate Doctor of Acupuncture practicing in Calgary, AB.
My mission is to restore balance to my patients through holistic, safe, and effective treatments, complemented by insightful wellness advice.
My journey into Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) began in 2012 when I moved from my native Ukraine to China. There, I became deeply interested in diverse approaches to health and wellness. While studying at the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, I immersed myself in Chinese culture and philosophy, volunteered in several hospitals in Beijing, and practiced Tai Chi and Qi Gong. My education continued in Canada, where I received an Advanced Diploma in Acupuncture from Georgian College in Ontario. This unique combination of Eastern and Western perspectives has greatly enriched my approach to well-being.
I specialize in addressing a range of symptoms and conditions, with a particular focus on mental health, sleep disorders, women's health, and cosmetic facial rejuvenation. To provide the most up-to-date care, I continually advance my education. I have received specialized training in advanced acupuncture for anxiety, depression, and insomnia with Susie Hayes, completed comprehensive fertility acupuncture training with Jane Lyttleton, and received various certifications in cosmetic acupuncture and the treatment of facial neuromuscular conditions with Michelle Gellis.
Acupuncture and TCM have taught me to listen to my body’s needs and live harmoniously with nature. Having experienced the profound benefits of this lifestyle myself, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experiences. Through coaching and treatments, I aim to empower my patients to tap into their inner strengths and potential. I believe in the transformative power of gradual, lasting changes and that, with the right support, everyone can achieve and sustain optimal well-being.

Pre/Post IVF and IUI Acupuncture
« 50 minutes. This visit is for new or existing patients undergoing embryo transfer or IUI within 48 hours of the appointment date. Studies show acupuncture up to 48 hours before and after these procedures increase odds of successful implantation. Please email us so we can accommodate a pre/post acupuncture session, even if the timing of your procedure is not yet confirmed. We understand the last-minute nature of this process and our team is here to offer flexible, last-minute scheduling for you. »
