She aims to be a warm, dynamic, and engaging therapist, and use an integrative approach that draws on Cognitive behavioural (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), and Mindfulness based practices. She also aims to create a caring environment for each one of her clients by focusing on values, goals, culture and lived experiences.

In her spare time, she tries to incorporate exercise in her daily life. She loves to get outside, take a walk and be active or do yoga to relax and unwind! She makes time for herself, just taking a few minutes to practice mindfulness helps her to stay present in the moment.
