April Miranda is a Toronto-based Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher, and Author. She has been teaching movement for more than 20 years. April uses different healing modalities to support her clients' healing from the inside out. Her Kinesiology degree, performing arts background, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), along with other healing modalities, allow her to help her clients feel lighter physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically.

« This gentle, rhythmic technique supports your body’s natural detox process to help you feel lighter + more energized. Benefits include boosting your immune system, reducing swelling, contouring the body, relieving stress, tension, and pain, naturally lifting the skin, reducing cellulite, improving circulation + boosting energy. Following the 60-minute massage treatment will be 15 minutes of Reiki provided by a Reiki Master to support integrate the physical, emotional + energetic release. This treatment is administered by a certified Reiki Master, not a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). It is not covered under standard RMT insurance benefits, although some insurance plans may cover it under a Health Spending Account (HSA). »
