About Arianna
Arianna is passionate about helping clients develop greater self-awareness and self-understanding, recognizing that insight is often the foundation for meaningful and lasting therapeutic change. She believes therapy begins with creating a space that feels warm, welcoming, safe, and non-judgmental, where clients can feel genuinely seen and supported. Arianna meets clients wherever they are in their healing journey and works at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable for them. As a relational practitioner, she places strong importance on the therapeutic relationship, understanding that trust and connection are essential for growth and healing to take place.
Arianna believes deeply in the healing power of connection and community, viewing healing as something that happens in the presence of safe and supportive relationships rather than in isolation. She feels honoured to walk alongside her clients as they strengthen their relationship with themselves, deepen their connections with others, and face experiences that may have once felt too overwhelming to navigate alone. She supports both individuals and couples in building resilience, increasing emotional tolerance, and learning to navigate the inevitable stressors and challenges that life brings.
Her approach to therapy is integrative, collaborative, and holistic, with an emphasis on the interconnected relationship between the mind and body. Arianna works from a Polyvagal and Attachment-informed lens and draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, ACT, Interpersonal Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Somatics, the Gottman Method, EFT, and EFIT. She collaborates closely with clients to identify their unique needs, goals, and strengths in order to create a treatment approach tailored specifically to them.
Arianna has a special interest in supporting clients with concerns related to boundary setting, perfectionism, people-pleasing, attachment patterns, trauma recovery, narcissistic abuse, ADHD, and women’s mental health. She also works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, and relationship difficulties. In her work with couples, Arianna is trained in the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and supports partners in strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, improving conflict resolution, and healing from relational injuries, including infidelity.
