Born and raised in Alberta, Arzoo brings her lifelong passion for sports, fitness, and wellness into every treatment session. She holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a specialization in Athletic Therapy from the University of Calgary and earned her Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. A dedicated lifelong learner, Arzoo continues to pursue advanced training to deliver the best possible care for her patients.
Before becoming a physiotherapist, Arzoo worked as a kinesiologist and Athletic Therapist with PT Health and various sports teams, focusing on return-to-play rehab and sport-related injuries. This background gives her a well-rounded approach to recovery—guiding clients from early rehab stages through to full return to activity and performance.
Her treatment style emphasizes exercise-based rehab, supported by patient education and hands-on manual therapy. Arzoo specializes in musculoskeletal injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation, TMJ disorders, helping clients move better, recover faster, and return to the activities they love.
Outside the clinic, Arzoo stays active in the gym, on the field, or out in nature. She’s often hiking, traveling, or capturing scenic views through her lens—always chasing that next adventure.
