Asal holds a bachelor’s & master’s degree in General Psychology from Iran. She was enrolled in PhD of psychology, when she decided to move to Canada few years ago.
She is a member of British Columbia association of clinical counsellors and utilizes various approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Integrated Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness.
She has extensive experience in areas such as PTSD, Depression, ADHD, Parenting, Couples & Individual Counselling.
