Ashley graduated from Mount Royal University in 2015, earning her Massage Therapy Diploma after 2200 hours of practicum and classroom study. While studying, she was trained in Swedish and Therapeutic Massage, Trigger Point Release Therapy and Therapeutic Exercise. As well as the basics of Myofascial Release and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Since joining The Clinic YYC (formerly Centennial Wellness) team in September of 2015, Ashley has continued to expand her skills by studying and earning her certification in Cupping Therapy and Jade Stone Massage. In the future she intends to further her studies in Myofascial Release and Manual Lymphatic Drainage, pursuing certifications in advanced techniques. As well as studying new modalities such as Kinetic and Orthopedic massage, among others. As the main focus at The Clinic YYC is to provide quality care and effective treatment for all patients, Ashley is dedicated to ensuring that no patient feels unsatisfied. Working with each and every patient, she will assist in setting up a proper therapy schedule, no matter if it is for relaxation/stress release, injury rehabilitation, or therapeutic massage. As well, Ashley is happy to answer any and all questions before, during, or after treatment regarding what procedures best suit each individual situation, to ensure your 100% confidence in The Clinic YYC as your wellness provider.
