Ashley Mariani is a Registered Social Worker and couples therapist with over a decade of experience helping individuals and couples navigate intimacy, desire, and relational challenges. Ashley works with women experiencing sexual blockages, desire and libido concerns, or feelings of disconnection from their bodies. Her approach focuses on deepening awareness of physical and emotional patterns, helping clients move through shame, conditioning, and past experiences that may be impacting intimacy and pleasure.
Her work also extends to perinatal mental wellness, supporting women through the profound emotional and psychological shifts of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Whether processing birth trauma, navigating identity changes, or learning to set firm boundaries in medical spaces, Ashley provides a therapeutic space where clients can feel supported and empowered. Ashley is trained by Perinatal Support International and has been supporting mothers and mother to be since becoming a mother herself .
For couples, she specializes in intimacy, communication, and relationship balance, particularly for those adjusting to life after birth. Many couples seek her guidance when struggling with desire or connection, and her approach helps rebuild trust, safety, and fulfillment within their relationship.
With a strong foundation in nervous system work, attachment theory, and holistic integration, Ashley’s practice is designed to help clients move beyond surface-level solutions and into deeper healing. She provides in-person sessions at The Womb Guelph.
