Dans ses motsAshley Stead has been a registered massage therapist for the past 15 years. She absolutely loves what she does for a living. She is passionate about using her skills as an RMT to help her clients feel a positive change in their body, after each and every treatment. Ashley has worked in many settings over the span of her career which includes, Physiotherapy clinic in Stittsville, Chiropractic clinic in Kingston, ON, Hotel setting in Montreal and as of recent, a high end Spa in Carleton Place. Ashley offers a specialized treatment for each client that is in her care. They have a choice between the type of massage that best suits their needs, such as swedish, deep tissue, relaxation and prenatal massage. Within each of these treatments, Ashley utilizes a variety of specialized techniques such as trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, active and passive release. She especially loves prenatal massages. She is very familiar with all aches and pains that come along with pregnancy, as she herself is the mother of four young boys. Ashley is very proud and excited to be offering Massage Therapy in her home community of West Carleton and the surrounding areas.
