Avery is one of our Pilates instructors here at the clinic and has graduated with a Bachelor in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary. She has completed her certification in beginner, intermediate and advanced clinical Pilates. She is passionate about helping others feel their best and empowering them through movement. Growing up, Avery was a competitive dancer and competed in multiple styles for over 10 years. She is interested in using Pilates to aid in injury prevention and rehabilitation.
