Ayisha Lewthwaite, OT
À propos de Ayisha
Dans ses motsAyisha is a registered Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals navigating mental health challenges, chronic pain, trauma, and life transitions. She is passionate about working with clients during the perinatal period, bringing a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and identity-sensitive lens to her care.
Ayisha believes that healing happens not only through individual insight but also through nervous system regulation, community connection, and meaningful engagement in daily life. She collaborates with clients to build routines that restore a sense of safety, balance, and joy—especially in the tender seasons of pregnancy and postpartum.
When she’s not supporting others, you’ll find Ayisha enjoying sushi with her favourite dining companion: her son.

« The perinatal period places extraordinary demands on the nervous system. Hormonal shifts, sleep disruption, sensory overload, and role changes can leave many parents feeling anxious, overstimulated, exhausted, or disconnected from themselves. This 5-session Occupational Therapy package provides structured, practical support to help clients understand how their nervous system and sensory processing are responding during pregnancy or postpartum — and how to support them in daily life. This is functional, body-based Occupational Therapy focused on regulation, routines, and capacity. It is not talk therapy. »2 optionsDisponibilités : vérifié il y a 2 h · les prix viennent directement de la clinique — jamais majorés
