Hi, I'm Bailey! I studied Advanced Massage Therapy at Durham College for three years, and am in good standing with the CMTO. I have a passion for exercise and recovery. I work alongside patients to best achieve their goals treating conditions such as soft tissue and joint pain, delayed onset muscle soreness, carpal tunnel, headaches and neck tension, fasciitis, IT-Band syndrome, Frozen shoulder and more. I am very comfortable and confident with deep tissue massage and fascial work to relieve tension and pain. I love incorporating therapeutic exercise into a treatment to not only achieve your goals but maintain them as well.
