I offer a warm, collaborative, and holistic approach to counselling, creating a space where you can slow down, feel genuinely heard, and explore your experiences without judgment. Together, we'll make sense of what's happening beneath the surface, reconnect with your strengths, and discover practical ways to move forward with greater clarity and confidence. My approach integrates evidence-informed counselling with clinical hypnotherapy when appropriate, always tailoring our work to your unique needs, goals, and pace. My hope is to help you move beyond simply coping with life's challenges toward creating meaningful and lasting transformation, transformation that feels authentic, sustainable, and true to who you are. Ultimately, my goal is for therapy to become something you no longer need.
