Hello everyone, my name is Barbara and I'm excited to be a part of the team here at Crave! I love the lifestyle in the Okanagan and I'm thrilled to be able to live and work here. I have a passion for holistic wellness, with a background in teaching yoga and I'm dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and relaxation goals through personalized massage therapy.
My training includes various modalities such as Swedish, lymphatic drainage, muscle energy techniques, myofascial release and sports massage, allowing me to tailor each session to meet individual needs. I believe in the power of touch to relieve stress, alleviate pain and enhance overall well-being. My approach focuses on creating a safe and nurturing environment where clients can feel comfortable and supported.
