Bernard strongly believes that Massage Therapy facilitates and hastens the healing process in the body and restores the body back to optimal functionality. He has experience in treating numerous conditions such as soft tissue injuries and those of physiological burden of stress. Bernard strives to work with his clients, employing a variety of techniques like Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and Swedish Massage to help promote healing and reduce stress. He is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin and is passionate to serve the Richmond community.
