My approach combines clinical knowledge with a calm, holistic style of care. I focus on identifying the root cause of discomfort and creating personalized treatments that support pain relief, relaxation, recovery, and long-term wellness. After the session, the therapist may provide suggestions for self-care or recommend follow-up appointments to ensure long-term benefits. »
