Bonnie Fiddler is a Craniosacral Therapist offering gentle, hands-on, nervous system–informed care for babies, children, and adults. Her work is centred on creating a calm, supportive space where clients feel safe and heard. Bonnie integrates biodynamic and Upledger craniosacral therapy with a strong understanding of stress physiology, early development, and how life experiences shape the nervous system. She works with individuals navigating stress, headaches, chronic tension, emotional overwhelm, and developmental transitions, and brings an informed, inclusive lens to neurodivergent and highly sensitive nervous systems. Her sessions are slow and responsive, following the body’s cues with care and intention. Value Statement: I believe healing begins in safety. When people feel supported rather than rushed, the nervous system can settle, and meaningful change can unfold. Personal Reflection: I prioritize my own care through time in nature, regular movement, receiving bodywork, and protecting quiet space for rest and regulation so I can show up grounded and present for my clients and family. I enjoy painting, walking, baking, yoga, tropical plants, and spending time with my boys and our Ragdoll kitten.

« 60 min – $90.00 Sessions for children will range from 30–60 minutes, depending on the child's comfort level. This booking is for children who may benefit from gentle, nervous system-based bodywork. CST supports a range of developmental and regulatory needs, including feeding, reflux, sleep disruptions, head shape changes, torticollis, or birth-related tension. Sessions may help improve sleep, regulation, digestion, and overall nervous system capacity. Intake forms will be emailed in advance through our Jane system, but can also be completed in person.
