Botanica Healing & Wellness Practice is the spiritual branch of my work, created to offer clarity, alignment, and intentional healing in a dedicated space. Founded in 2018, Botanica Healing & Wellness Practice is owned and operated by Kristy Holliday (formerly known professionally as Kristy Achen from 2009–2018). As both my personal and professional paths have evolved, this practice reflects a natural transition—one that honors growth, authenticity, and new beginnings.

Reiki Level 1 Class

This is a one day course, where you will dive in to the Spiritual knowledge of Reiki.
Level 1 will teach you about the history of Reiki, how to perform a basic Reiki session, how to protect your energy, and increase your intuition.
The best part of doing Reiki is that you also receive the energy healing as it channels through you first.
This can be used for self, or you can expand it into a full practice or side practice.
Reiki is a gentle method that can produce great healing results.
There are 3 levels to Reiki:
Level 1 - Basic knowledge, history and attunement
Level 2 - expanded your energy field using symbols with second level attunement
