Braedan, an RMT born and raised in Victoria, is passionate about creating a safe, healing environment where each person feels supported and comfortable.
With a background in movement and experience as a former athlete, Braedan has a unique holistic approach that focuses on providing deep therapeutic relaxation and pain relief.
In the past year, Braedan has worked extensively with complex knee and ankle injuries, hip and low back discomfort, abdominal tension, along with neck, shoulder, and arm pain.
Many clients see Braedan for his ability to create a calming atmosphere while addressing their individualized concerns. He provides a relaxing rate and rhythm that is therapeutic, helping people manage both acute and chronic pain. You can expect every treatment to be personalized to support your primary concerns.
Braedan uses Myofascial Release (MFR), Trigger Point Release, stretching, Muscle Energy Techniques (MET), movement, and personalized homecare exercises to support his patients dealing with: Pain Management, Injury Recovery & Rehabilitation, Stress Relief & Relaxation, Therapeutic Massage, and Athletic Recovery.
Outside of Braedan’s RMT career, you can find him ocean plunging with friends, camping and hiking across Vancouver Island with his wife, and exploring the natural beauty of the West Coast!
