Brennan graduated from RMT school in 2024 and brings a lifelong passion for movement, performance, and recovery to his practice. Having competed in numerous sports at a high level growing up, he developed a deep understanding of athletic performance and the importance of proper care and recovery.
Before pursuing his RMT designation, Brennan spent several years working as a personal trainer, gaining valuable experience in individualized fitness and rehabilitation programming. Today, he combines his athletic background with professional massage therapy training to provide personalized and effective treatments tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
Outside the clinic, Brennan is a national-level competitive bodybuilder who enjoys staying active, expanding his knowledge of the human body, and helping others optimize their health. He takes pride in listening to his patients and collaborating closely with them to achieve their wellness goals.
When he’s not training or treating patients, Brennan enjoys spending quality time with his fiancé and daughter.
