Walk & Talk Therapy
« Weather permitting! Walk & Talk Therapy combines the benefits of traditional talk therapy with the therapeutic effects of being outdoors and engaging in physical activity. In this unique form of therapy, individuals have the opportunity to take their sessions outside and literally walk and talk with their therapist.
During Walk & Talk Therapy sessions, clients have the freedom to walk in natural environments such as parks, gardens, or along the boardwalk on Okanagan Lake. This change in setting offers a refreshing departure from the traditional therapy room and allows clients to connect with nature, experience fresh air, and enjoy the beauty of their surroundings.
Additionally, you have the option to bring their dogs along for the sessions, if appropriate and feasible. Dogs can provide emotional support and companionship, and their presence can help create a soothing and non-judgmental environment. »Disponibilités : vérifié il y a 2 h · les prix viennent directement de la clinique — jamais majorés
