I Have been part of the St Clair West community since 2013 and love it and its people!
Trained at CCMH (Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy) in the graduating class of 2011, I love massage and think the power of touch is incredible. Showing people that the pain and limitations they may suffer can be eased with massage and bringing their life backs to their terms has been extremely rewarding for me.
I like massage because you have a general command of how to direct the body's ability to heal and recover, alongside other complimentary modalities.
I aspire to become a Master Hydrotherapist one day, as well as own my own clinic! To that end the pursuit of knowledge and healing is never far behind.
I am considered a Deep Tissue therapist with a gentle touch.
My personal philosophy on massage is "I do what i must".. so while you may experience some discomfort during the tough moments and stubborn "knots", you will see in the end that sometimes better things lie beyond pain!
I use my own mix of techniques from various styles such as, but not limited to;

Deep Tissue Massage (120m)

« This is it. This is where you find the relaxation treatment! All treatments are 2 hours in length and will typically use techniques from everything I have learned. Most people reserve this typically for Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian) style massage, where oil will be used exclusively. The purpose of this is to totally disconnect and be pampered. While some firm pressure will be used, the objective is to relax and be blissed out- not necessarily to fix problems. »Somewhere in the between (90m)

All treatments are 90m in duration.
This is a "Deep tissue" treatment. You will be asked to undress to your comfort level, where lotions and oils will be applied.
