Bridgette is a fifth-generation seer, mystic and energy worker of Euro-Celtic and Persian lineage. She offers Intuitive Energy Healing, divination, spiritual coaching and Usui Reiki, and is a Meditation Teacher on Insight Timer known for her neurodivergent-friendly guided meditations. As a queer, neurodivergent DEI strategist and educator, her lived and professional experience across disability justice, psychological safety and belonging is woven into everything she does, alongside a continual commitment to learning, unlearning and relearning across all facets of her spiritual offerings. She was raised in a home where the unseen was simply part of everyday life. Her mother is a fifth-generation seer, energy healer, Usui Reiki Teacher, Akashic Record reader, yoga and meditation teacher of Germanic-Celtic heritage. Her father passed down Persian mysticism and divination — Fāl-e Chāy (فال چای), tea leaf reading, and Fāl-e Hāfez (فال حافظ), divination through the Divān-e Hāfez (دیوان حافظ). Together they built in her a way of seeing the world through her clairs, steeped in tradition and trust. She holds Registered Practitioner standing with the Canadian Reiki Association, having completed all three levels of her Usui Reiki training. Her studies span trauma-informed care, disability awareness, mindfulness, Buddhist psychology and art history at the University of Hong Kong, among many others — a continual investment in the depth and breadth of care she brings to those drawn to her. In her sessions, nothing happens to you. It happens with you. She holds no fixed idea of what rest or ease should look like for you, because above everything, you are the authority on your own experience. « For the in between. When things are not overwhelming but you want to tend to yourself before they get there. This session is well suited for those who have done previous work and want to stay connected to their wellbeing in a consistent, intentional way. You will receive a focused Reiki treatment with optional meditation guidance throughout. There is no intensive intake or full debrief. We identify your focus together, do the work and close with a brief integration check in so you leave with a clear sense of what to carry forward. Because Bridgette holds continuity across sessions, the work builds on itself over time rather than starting over each time you arrive. Sessions take place on an adjustable treatment table with a seated option available if preferred. Sensory adaptations are always available including scentless and soundless options alongside any other accommodations you need.
