After working within hospital and rehabilitation settings, I witnessed firsthand the value of optimal healthcare due to seeing the places where people fell through the cracks. Combining this with my own journey through multiple accidents, injuries, and using movement and hands on care to avoid surgery ultimately changed the direction of my life.
I became a Registered Massage Therapist to help others experience that same sense of possibility. With over eight years of clinical experience, I blend therapeutic massage, myofascial and meridian based approaches, breathwork, Reiki, and somatic.
