If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself or your partner, you’re not alone. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable individuals who are used to carrying a lot for others. Over time, that pressure can lead to burnout, anxiety, or strain in relationships.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and begin moving forward with more clarity and intention.
Clients often come to see me for support with:
• anxiety, stress, and burnout
• relationship and communication challenges
• navigating big life decisions or life transitions
• feeling disconnected from themselves or their partner
• career stress or identity shifts
• caregiving responsibilities and family dynamics
I work with both individuals and couples, and I believe that strengthening relationships—whether with ourselves or with the people we love—can have a powerful impact on overall wellbeing.
My approach is collaborative, grounded, and practical. Together we explore patterns, build emotional awareness, and develop tools that help you respond to challenges in ways that feel more aligned with your values.
I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I practice under the supervision of Alice Lurie, RP.
I offer both online and in-person therapy for individuals and couples. To help make therapy more accessible, I maintain a limited number of sliding scale spaces based on financial need.
If you’re ready to begin—or simply curious about whether therapy might help—you’re welcome to book a session or reach out with any questions. I’d be glad to connect.
